"I want to thank the lady at the window. I'm not sure if she was the manager or the same lady that was there when I originally order. I came on 12/13 at 7:33pm. I had a special request for me food and when I made it home it was incorrect. Not only that I was unable to eat it. I was truly upset after going to another Golden Chicken a week prior getting the best service and now this disappointment. I called and voiced my concerned. Whoever I spoke to was super nice and apologetic and got right on it to correct my order. Although it was an inconvenience to come back. I thank her for her professionalism to my concern."

"Martha was wonderful! We came in as a family of 5 around 8:30 p.m. and ordered the 9 piece thighs and legs for $14.99 and she had the cooks cook it fresh for us. She made sure my family and I were taken care of. Her customer service was phenomenal and for this very reason me and my family will be back. Thank you so much Martha."
